Song-writing has commenced (and is well under way) for Dom's second solo album, which is envisaged as a concept album, a love-story set in Italy in the later Middle Ages. Inspired by Umberto Eco's book, The Name Of The Rose, the album will explore young & forbidden love, shame, witch-hunts and social and moral exclusion. A radical departure from Dom's blues-based approach on his debut album, 'Purify My Soul' (available 22nd February), the new album is stylistically anticipated to be a fusion of gothic-rock and epic modern-classical.
