DOM REYNOLDS DERELICTS - Update!!!

Hey, here is a quick update on all our shows, releases, adventures, inspiration, etc.

Firstly, we are playing a 45 minute slot at a music festival on 4th May. This event has been set up to raise money for Sophies Legacy https://www.facebook.com/Sophieslegacy
and NHS Brighter Ways https://www.brighterway.org.uk/ two very good charities!

The venue is The Rose in June on Milton Road, Portsmouth. There is a large gazebo in the beer garden, with a bar. We have a prime slot, just before the raffle. Please come along and support - it is our first gig as a new band - Dom Reynolds Derelicts. Introducing the line-up: Yours Truly (vocal, keys, guitar); Jozef Birling (lead guitar); Ethan Egerton (bass); B just (drums); and Alex Gegov (acoustic guitar and backing vocals). B has the solo headline slot at the end of the night, under his moniker desperateBeauty.

To get up to scratch and gig-ready, we have been doing a few open mics, with a partial line-up, at some of the Alleycats Open Mic sessions around Portsmouth. This evening, 28th April we are playing the Admiral Drake on Kingston Crescent, Portsmouth. Come along if you can, from 6:45pm.

Secondly, we have a new single OUT NOW! My new collaboration with Jozef B, the single Ball of Pain is available on all streaming sites so check it out and enjoy! This song is part of our current live repertoire.

Thirdly, our next single, a love-rock reggae track, In My Bones, is out on 1st June (which is, as it happens, the anniversary of my wedding day with my beloved late wife, Michelle, RIP.) You can catch a sneaky preview of the song on my Soundcloud profile here.

Fourthly, is you haven't already, you can check out our video, You'll Never Know, on Youtube here. The video was created by Jennifer Lions, Alistair Winter and B just. Remember to LIKE, SHARE, SUBSCRIBE!

Here is a photograph of us - (left to right) Jennifer, Yours Truly, B, and Alistair - on our way to a desperateBeauty gig at the Moustache bar in Dalston, East London, earlier this month. Wow! What an adventure! We plan to return to London with our music - the vibe is so positive.

Finally, as requested by Jennifer, here is the uplifting, motivational, self-improvement tip #1: It's never too late to discover your inner child!
Take care and live the music,
x

Dom.
